Returns

We accept exchange  within 7  days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • exchange must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Undergarments and accessories for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery (subject to availability). Contact us to reserve the new item before sending your item back.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at ks6000525@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide exchange instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a send out your exchange within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll prioritize your request and cover all related shipping costs.
